- Develop conceptual designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction documents for commercial projects
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout all phases of design and construction
- Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions
- Prepare presentations and visualizations using tools such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, ADA standards, and sustainability guidelines
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and coordination sessions with engineers and contractors
- Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino and Enscape experience a plus
- Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Milwaukee’s urban context and regulatory environment is preferred
- LEED accreditation or progress toward licensure is a plus
