- Instruct classes in online settings.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and course materials.
- Assess student academic performance objectively.
- Utilize instructional plans effectively.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of assessment tools and documentation.
- Monitor and utilize the learning management systems efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism and conduct.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to students.
- Address attendance, academic, and behavioral concerns
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance.
- Facilitate tutoring and makeup work as needed.
- Adhere to campus policies and procedures.
- Participate in faculty and professional development activities.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and meetings.
- Assist with graduation ceremonies and campus activities.
- Support inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Maintain a positive campus culture.
- Assist with student recognition and clinical site visits. Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of related practical work experience
- Associate degree preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare claims, scheduling, patient accounts, and patient billing
- Coding experience, CPC or AAPC preferred.
- Prior teaching and management experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
