About Position:
  • Work Location: 88 Vilcom Center Dr., Suite 110, Chapel Hill, NC 27514
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Some Occasional Saturdays)

Job Summary: Responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer system infrastructure, including security protocols and disaster recovery processes. Manage virtual environments, Citrix farms, antivirus solutions, and PHS application software. Provide technical support to PHS staff and end-users, diagnosing and resolving application and system issues efficiently. Troubleshoot and identify root causes of problems, implementing effective corrective actions. Maintain thorough documentation of problem logs and collaborate closely with other analysts and engineers to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing application environment for all staff.Qualifications -Education & Experience: Required certifications include CompTIA Server+ or MCSA Server (3 exams). Candidates should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field combined with relevant Help Desk or application support experience ranging from 2 to 4 years.Technical Skills: Proven experience identifying and resolving application issues efficiently, with a strong ability to collaborate with clients and developers.
