- Lead, coach, and energize FOH and BOH teams to deliver hospitality that wows every guest, every time.
- Partner with the GM on budgets, scheduling, payroll, and labor management to keep the business running smoothly.
- Oversee ordering, inventory control, and cost management — ensuring we deliver top-quality food and drinks consistently.
- Own the guest experience — engage with guests on the floor, resolve concerns, and create memorable moments.
- Be a hands-on leader who sets the tone during pre-shift briefings, floor management, and service execution.
- Collaborate on special events, marketing activations, and live entertainment strategies to drive traffic and build the brand.
- Jump in wherever needed — from running food to greeting VIP guests — because at Loch Bar, leadership leads from the front.

- 2–5 years of upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred but not required).
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
- Knowledge of seafood, wine, craft cocktails, and spirits is a huge plus — but passion for learning is essential.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and guest-relations skills.
