- Provide insight into best practices in HR and support departmental innovation.
- Update internal databases with candidate information and create new letters and templates that support human resource functions.
- Post, update, and remove job ads across job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Assist with benefits paperwork and help employees navigate processes
- Draft offer letters, coaching memos, and update hiring templates
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Review and distribute company policies
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Support applicant interview scheduling and onboarding
- Verify new hires' eligibility to work in the U.S. and process background checks
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR concepts and employment processes (classroom or practical)
- Amazing Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build positive relationships
- Leadership abilities and initiative to take on projects
