If so, we'd love to meet you! This internship is designed for students who want to build practical HR skills, gain exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, and strengthen their resumes with meaningful experience in an HR Generalist role.As an HR Intern, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and day-to-day operations that impact the entire organization. From coordinating interviews and onboarding new team members to improving training materials and supporting benefits processes, no two days will be the same. We'll also tailor your experience to align with your professional goals-giving you the chance to focus on the areas of HR you're most interested in.This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain valuable insight into how HR supports both employees and organizational success. You'll leave with practical experience, a stronger resume, and a clearer sense of where you want to take your career in HR.Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide insight into best practices in HR and support departmental innovation.
  • Update internal databases with candidate information and create new letters and templates that support human resource functions.
  • Post, update, and remove job ads across job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  • Assist with benefits paperwork and help employees navigate processes
  • Draft offer letters, coaching memos, and update hiring templates
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Review and distribute company policies
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
  • Support applicant interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Verify new hires' eligibility to work in the U.S. and process background checks
Education and Experience
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills
  • Familiarity with HR concepts and employment processes (classroom or practical)
  • Amazing Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable personality with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Leadership abilities and initiative to take on projects
