Bosselman Travel Center offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:Responsibilities:
  • Ensures all paperwork is complete, accurate, and turned in on time.
  • Is proficient in opening and closing a shift, including completing all paperwork.
  • Ensures customer needs are met and implement the company’s policy on customer service.
  • Supervises cash control and bank deposits.
  • Assists in making sure employees are following the proper procedures for all aspects of food operations and handling/storage of product, which complies with all food handling guidelines to meet or exceed state/federal regulations.
  • Projects a positive attitude.
  • Assists in handling all problems dealing with customers, personnel, or mechanical.
  • Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearances of assigned store meets company standards and are in proper working order, inside and out.
  • Ensures all items are properly ordered; stocked to inventory levels; and priced correctly.
  • Assists in implementing and following-up of company training procedures.
  • Assists in supervision and training of employees.
  • Assists in the training of all associates in food handling and company procedures including proper hold time and code dating.
  • Ensures that all food products are stored properly and code dated with expiration dates. Verifies that all products whether cooked or stored are held at proper temperatures.
  • Assists in making sure all shifts are covered.
  • Reflects and ensures personnel are in proper working uniform, neat and clean, at all times.
  • Assists in implementing and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
  • Reports all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly.
  • Assists in keeping necessary records – merchandise, personnel, and fuel.
  • Maintains a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Provides friendly and competent customer service.
  • Reports for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance.
Additional Job Duties:
  • Assists in other duties, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervises 4 to 20 employees in the absence of the manager.
Qualifications:Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
  • Minimum of six months to one year as sales associate required.
  • Must have a Food Handler’s permit or Serve Safe Certification where required by law or policy.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must have knowledge of operations of the assigned department.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and phone.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. – IF APPLICABLE.
  • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
