Arronco Comfort Air is currently hiring for a full-time Journeyman HVAC Installation Technician to install heating and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and sheet metal work in the Lexington, KY area. This position typically works 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Saturday or overtime work is sometimes necessary. We pay our Journeyman HVAC Installation Technicians a competitive wage of $18 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.In addition to competitive pay and our supportive culture, we offer our air conditioning and heating team the following benefits:

  • Journeyman license OR the hours necessary to obtain a license
  • Strong familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and the knowledge to install them
  • Ability to perform the physical functions for the job, including lifting over 75 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
