Project Manager role on the healthcare team at a general contractor. Looking for someone with relevant experience and renovation experience. Ideally 7-10 years of experience and comfortable interfacing with clients. This person will be managing projects from start to finish and collaborating with the estimating team. This job has a ton of room for growth and the company is committed to investing in their employees.
  • Running multiple projects from start to finish
  • Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
  • Estimating, project management, bidding
  • Prepare budgets and schedules
  • Frequently going on site visits (All local travel)
  • Proactively drive solutions
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

Have been nominated for GC of the year each of the last 30 years with nearly 10 wins. They offer a family like feel and are looking for their next wave of leaders/decision makers.
  • Salary of $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
