For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a permanent role!2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00pm - 11:30pmFounded in 2013, Viridian Staffing ( ) is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.Your duties could include anything from assigning labels, printing batching records, monitoring workflow and documentation, and updating seed-to-sale systems. You need to be flexible and excited about having the opportunity to work in multiple different departments with our Client. This is a full-time temporary role, and there is the potential for some overtime.Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Massachusetts
Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 11 hours/day
Ability to perform repetitive motions with your hands
Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
Attention to detail
Willingness to take direction
Ability to lift at least 50
pounds
Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
Ability to arrive on time
Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations
