- Provides assistance throughout project under routine guidance; proactively contributes to overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
- Contributes to materials for client presentations.
- Assists with documenting information relative to programming analysis, space plans, and area calculations.
- Gains knowledge of interior design phases from pre-design through construction and workplace trends and practices.
- Participates in collaborations with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
- Prepares and contributes to data collection through interviews, focus groups, end-user surveys, observation, and post occupancy evaluation.
- Supports analysis of data.
- ·Provides assistance with change management documentation and activities.
- Uses a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
- Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance.
- Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
- Provides support to tasks within project teams and studio activities.
- Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
- Keeps open communication within team and with designated team leader.
- May assist with coordination among partners and consultants.

- Functional knowledge of 2D/3D Production Software
- Basic Revit, Basic AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
- Presentation Tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Data Analysis Software: Excel.
- Power BI
- Professional degree in facility planning, architecture, interior design, urban studies, industrial engineering or other related degree.
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- May be preparing ARE or NCIDQ.
