Description :Common and Baseline Responsibilities
  • Provides assistance throughout project under routine guidance; proactively contributes to overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
  • Contributes to materials for client presentations.
  • Assists with documenting information relative to programming analysis, space plans, and area calculations.
  • Gains knowledge of interior design phases from pre-design through construction and workplace trends and practices.
  • Participates in collaborations with design teams to evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
  • Prepares and contributes to data collection through interviews, focus groups, end-user surveys, observation, and post occupancy evaluation.
  • Supports analysis of data.
  • ·Provides assistance with change management documentation and activities.
  • Uses a creative approach to complete tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
  • Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance.
  • Proactively asks questions and expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
  • Provides support to tasks within project teams and studio activities.
  • Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
  • Keeps open communication within team and with designated team leader.
  • May assist with coordination among partners and consultants.

  • Functional knowledge of 2D/3D Production Software
  • Basic Revit, Basic AutoCAD

  • Data Analysis Software: Excel.
  • Power BI
Licensure/Certifications/Education
  • Professional degree in facility planning, architecture, interior design, urban studies, industrial engineering or other related degree.
  • LEED GA within 6 months of hire
  • May be preparing ARE or NCIDQ.
