- Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments.
- Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
- Assists management in analyzing various data.
- Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and supporting project managers.
- Ability to follow guidance and ask clarifying questions when needed.
- Organizational Abilities:
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint is helpful.
- Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to interpret basic project data and identify trends or issues.
- Exposure to project metrics or reporting is a plus.
- Professionalism & Initiative:
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to project success.
