Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Lockheed Martin Space in seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Electrical Integrated Product Team for the GeoXO program. As our Senior PM, you will lead an amazing team of engineers collaborating across the enterprise working to design, build, test, and deliver electrical products for the GeoXO spacecraft. You will need to have experience leading complex electrical product teams, demonstrating ability to deliver to cost and schedule objectives. Additionally, we will look to you to shape team culture and create an amazing work environment.General responsibilities include:1. Lead the design, build, test, delivery and support of electrical products and attendant test equipment and ground support componentry and subsystems through all program phases.2. Oversee and manage the development and integration of all components in partnership with enterprise engineering, subcontracts, global supply chain, IWTAs, and production elements as well as our customers to meet all program requirements within the cost and schedule commitments.3. Guide the evolution of electrical capabilities and technologies, including defining roadmaps, technology maturation plans and investment strategies.Senior manager's tasks include:1. Control account management, proposal development and negotiation, and subcontract management for all program elements.2. Identification and management of potential risks3. Communication with senior customer and LM executive leadership.4. Technical oversight and coordination of the engineering team in product dispositions, certifications, and anomaly resolution for all elements to ensure mission success.5. Setting the standard and expectations across the segment to ensure that the proper technical/cost/schedule balance is delivered to the program and our customer.#LockheedMartinSpacePMEBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with greater than 10 years' experience in the development and delivery of space-borne components or systems- Experience managing complex, large-scale project schedules with multiple interdependencies- Detailed knowledge of engineering and program planning throughout the development, design, build, test, and integration phases of a program- Significant understanding and experience with program financial measurements (EVMS), Control Account Management, Risk Management, Schedule Risk Assessment, Subcontracts, Cost/Schedule creation and program management processes- Experience shaping, developing and delivering proposals- Successful candidate must have recent record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex design/development issues- Experience building relationships with teams, customers and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations- Experience managing large teams and individual employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations and multiple disciplinesDesired skills- Master's degree or higher with 20+ years of relevant industry experience- Return-To-Green experience on one or more programs- Large scale development program experience- Working knowledge of US Government acquisition process- Experience in growing programs through introduction of new product and services- Proposal leadership experience- Subcontract Management experience- Finance, Project Engineering, previous Program Management background preferred- New Business Capture experience- Senior customer communications, briefing experienceVirtualnoZip80125EEOLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
