- Provide future-ready risk strategies and services that enable market-leading fraud performance.
- Responsible for data analytics directly influencing our fraud/risk value-added/managed services for supported issuers.
- Be aware of market trends, development of product strategy, and delivery/launch of new world-class products and features.
- Ideate solutions for strategic business objectives, develop data-driven insights, strategies, and visuals.
- Drive innovation into the long-term vision of the product roadmap which maximizes business and product performance.
- Ideate, innovate, and drive large-scale initiatives in partnership with other product owners and across product lines, specifically focused on the data analytics component of risk strategy.
- Leverage these data insights & trending to drive solutions-oriented innovation and creativity, expanding/improving performance and client impact.
- Ensure the delivery of data insights meets or exceeds specific standards developed, including best-in-class innovation and accelerated concept to market implementation delivery timelines for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform competitive, customer, and market analysis to bring new market and innovation opportunities into focus.
- Must become an expert on client business needs and competitive landscape evolution.
- Translate market and customer insights to drive product strategy and decisions.
- Support the enhancement of risk value added services, strategy, and objectives across a 3–5-year roadmap to serve as a differentiator in winning new issuer processing deals and grow Visa’s value-added services business.
- Support the production of product financials including pricing and revenue/expense forecasting.
- Clearly understand and articulate the value of both DPS and Visa’s products and drive the development of product, features, and functionality.
- Create key differentiating risk services products, while enabling Risk and Identify Solutions innovations for all issuer processing clients.
- Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
- Position requires experience in the following skills:
- Working with product lines in the technology industry.
- Analytical, visual insights and data software tools including Alteryx, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Working with global and regional teams operating in a matrixed environment.
- MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Maintaining and deriving data-driven value-added metrics from large datasets.
