The ideal candidate will blend traditional project management with agile methodologies to drive successful project outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of agile principles, and the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.   • Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects using a combination of traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Assist teams in planning their work, encompassing both operational and project-related tasks.
  • Drive project delivery, ensuring adherence to agile principles across all team members.
  • Facilitate project planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives tailored to team needs.
  • Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to overcome delivery challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by understanding and managing group dynamics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on project progress, including risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and guide team members on agile practices and principles.
  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects using both traditional and agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and blend project management techniques to suit project needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
