- Partner with Procurement Operations team members to identify and implement best-in-class procurement processes across North America.
- Lead transformation projects that modernize procurement operations, focusing on automation, standardization, and process optimization.
- Facilitate testing and validation of Oracle Cloud technology upgrades, system corrections, and process improvements.
- Champion the adoption of digital procurement tools and platforms, including EDI, MRP, and supplier portals, to streamline PO management and transmission.
- Drive the implementation of new tools and technologies that enhance procurement capabilities and spend reporting, including advanced analytics and visualization platforms.
- Prepare and deliver training materials to support successful adoption of new tools and processes by end users.
- Manage MRP implementation for BBU in alignment with North American and global best practices, collaborating with integrated planning teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead internal audit and Control Self-Assessment efforts to evaluate procurement controls and support the implementation of corrective actions.
