At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Engineer for Salesforce Applications to join our team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborates with the Government teams to understand Cyber Security requirements for RMF framework for the ATO processSupports and builds all related security documents and artifacts supporting RMF and ATOHandles a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network accessAnalyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposalEnsures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraintsIntegrates new architectural features into existing infrastructures, designs cyber security architectural artifacts, provides architectural analysis and relates existing system to future needs and trends, embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integration/testing issuesConducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application designUses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security researchResponsible for analysis, evaluation, and recommendations designed to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the customer's security programMay lead or mentor lower-level engineersBuilds and maintains trusted relationships with customersMay interface with external entities including law enforcement, and intelligence/government agenciesBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or similar role working with Salesforce ApplicationsExperience leading and delivering Agile Development projectsExperience leading client briefings and review sessions; demonstrated ability to present a polished and professional image to clientsAbility to thrive in an ever changing, technology-based consulting environmentWillingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems, which often extend beyond initial scope of responsibilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as neededMinimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Information Management or Information Security ManagementPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsSecurity Clearance Requirements:US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearanceThe projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
