We are proud to be a values-driven organization supporting professionals and students alike in reaching their fullest potential.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our growing PRO Pediatric Services School-Based Division. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across school-based programs. This role is integral to ensuring fidelity of treatment, professional development, and consistent clinical oversight within school partnerships.Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain a caseload of 15-20 billable hours of direct service per week.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs within assigned schools and districts
  • Conduct direct and indirect supervision in accordance with BACB and state licensure standards
  • Train and onboard new clinical staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and tools to succeed in school-based environments
  • Organize and supervise RBT Mentor Cohorts
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with school administrators, special education teams, and other related service providers to ensure alignment of services and goals
  • Provide on-site support and coaching to team members on data collection, crisis response, and school-wide positive behavior supports (PBIS)
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and internal leadership meetings as needed
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is timely, accurate, and aligned with PRO standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols, training materials, and quality assurance initiatives
  • Occasionally support IBHS Clinical Director with overflow supervision as needed
Qualifications:
  • Required:
  • Master’s degree and current certification by the national Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BCBA
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing ABA services in a school-based setting
  • Experience supervising behavior technicians and BCBAs
  • Strong knowledge of FBA/BIP development, data analysis, and ethical practice
  • Comfort with training and mentoring emerging professionals, including those in pursuit of certification/licensure
  • Familiarity with school-based service delivery models and special education systems
  • Preferred:
  • Prior experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • 1-year IBHS experience
  • Knowledge of IBHS regulations
  • Familiarity with MA and various commercial payor requirements
  • Ability to travel as needed to our Northeast area schools
