You’ll also carry a caseload, keeping your skills sharp and your connection to families strong.If you’re a strong leader with proven clinical expertise and a passion for building high-performing teams, this role offers a direct pathway to senior leadership as Aviation ABA expands.Why Join Aviation ABA?Competitive Pay: With a lot of room to grow.Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance; PTO; professional development; relocation assistance; referral bonuses.Modern Facilities: Brand-new, state-of-the-art clinics (COMING SOON!).Career Growth: Defined leadership pathway to senior roles.Supportive Team: Collaborative, mission-driven culture.Boutique ABA Model: Prioritize quality over quantity in a supportive, family-like environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClinic Director LeadershipHelp Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinical troubleshooting.Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinic staff.Develop, refine, and implement clinic policies, procedures, and systems for operational and clinical excellence.Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational matters in the clinic.Lead staff trainings, professional development sessions, and team meetings.Partner with senior leadership to align clinic performance with company goals.BCBA Clinical DutiesConduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments.Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.Maintain a small caseload to ensure high-quality, hands-on clinical care.Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to RBTs/BTs.Deliver parent and caregiver training using evidence-based strategies.Perform program evaluations and make data-driven treatment adjustments.Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and quality benchmarks.Conduct documentation audits, treatment plan reviews, and quality checks.Provide in-home support when needed to maintain continuity of care.QualificationsRequired: Current BCBA certification and UT LBA (or eligibility).2+ Years working as a BCBA In a clinic settingMaster’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.Leadership or supervisory experience in ABA preferred.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Willingness to balance both clinical and operational responsibilities.Reliable transportation for local travel.Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistancePerformance-based bonusesReferral programRelocation assistanceReady to Lead?If you’re an experienced BCBA who thrives in leadership, excels in clinical care, and wants to build a thriving clinic, Aviation ABA invites you to apply today and help shape the future of ABA services.
