- Support the successful execution of product launches, segment marketing campaigns, and key initiatives to achieve business goals and objectives
- Serve as a project manager for marketing product launches and campaign deliverables
- Prioritize and facilitate project team reviews to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Project lead all stages of content planning, creation, review, approval, and distribution
- Partner cross-functionally with internal and external collaborators to plan, develop, and complete deliverables, including, product management, segment marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, applications, PR/communications, agencies, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure marketing materials align with Waters/TA Instruments brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements; enable streamlined review and approval
- Track and analyze progress of marketing product launches and campaigns, report status to business partners and senior management
- Collect, aggregate, and summarize marketing product launch and campaign performance results
- Drive a consistent approach to handling marketing product launches and campaigns; share feedback to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
- Excellent project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, global teams and outside vendors
- Flexible, proactive teammate; able to shift with changes in priorities
- Experience working with project/content management platforms and digital asset management platforms
- Knowledge of coordinated marketing communications (traditional, digital, and events) #LI-Hybrid
