Let’s take a closer look at the roleJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our logistics team. You will lead a team of 20+ personnel across all three warehouse shifts. This role demands strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Lead the TeamManage employee schedules.Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety, attendance, work quality, and productivity.Recognize, coach, and train employees through daily dojos, red walls, and corrective actions. Conduct orientation, safety alerts, and stand-downs.Review daily occurrences and administer disciplinary actions according to policy.Monitor mispick logs daily and provide feedback to team members.Present quality metrics, ISO standards, and company policies during orientation sessions.Maintain and Assess Quality MetricsMaintain warehouse mispick logs.Analyze mispick logs for trends and relevant data.Present findings to leadership and staff.Report mispick metrics to the customer and SILC leadership.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a supervisory role in a warehousing environment.Strong attention to detail.Excellent time management skills.Solid understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards.Obtain Internal Auditor certification (TPECS).Export Control training certification.Basic aptitude in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements, graphs), Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Teams (intermediate preferred).Proficiency in SharePoint, JotForm, and Oracle.Additional InformationDrive Continuous ImprovementManage the Process Audit Schedule and ensure admins complete audits on time.Maintain ISO controlled document folders (OPL, WI, Forms, Policies, Procedures, Quality Alerts).Escalate unresolved issues to the Quality Manager after as necessary, and to the Site Support Leader and Site Leader as needed.Facilitate and follow up A3 problem-solving sessions with operations and quality teams, including Admins, Supervisors, Managers, CI Engineers, and Safety Managers.Miscellaneous ActivitiesSupport quality assurance processes with additional duties as needed.Work overtime during the week and weekends as needed.Conduct weekly safety audits.Coordinate activities with external suppliers.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
