Competitive pay + benefits - $30-$35/hrWe're looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining and repairing chillers, HVAC systems, water pumps, air compressors, and other facility equipment.Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and building equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems
- Monitor and respond to alarms, perform root cause analysis, and complete repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP or similar CMMS
- Follow all safety protocols including Lock Out/Tag Out and 5S standards
- Assist in TPM activities and support continuous improvement efforts
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a technical or industrial setting
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working on ladders
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Omron, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety
