DescriptionSurgical TechnicianProvidence is offering up to a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employmentAs a member of the surgical team, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse Circulator, maintains the operating room sterile field; passes instruments, sutures, and sponges during surgery. Ensures that proper aseptic technique is utilized to prevent contamination and infection.   • This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends & holidays as scheduled
  • Work Status Available:
  • Full Time, Day
  • Shifts Available: Monday-Friday with on call requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or Armed Services Surgical Technology program.
  • Upon hire: National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting -OR-
  • Upon hire: National Tech in Surgery - Certified - National Center for Competency Testing
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
