- 1. Arranges with Product Manager the planning and delivery of key themes, through translating and decomposing Features and User Stories. Consults with Agile Delivery teams to organize and prioritize work efforts through Planning Intervals (PI).
- 2. Strategically delivers Agile team PI objectives with business outcomes and success metrics, design thinking, customer feedback and competitive analysis for enterprise wide solutions.
- 3. Develops solutions and provides to Product Manager in the identification and establishment of the desired future state, development of a strategic roadmap relating to E2E processes, data, supporting features & functionality, controls required to ensure dependability, scalability and defensibility. Works with limited guidance of Product Manager to communicate desired future state across relevant CoBank departments, functional and sub-process groups.
- 4. Develops user stories with limited guidance of Product Manager for the product capabilities, working directly with the delivery teams to deliver value.
- 5. Works under limited guidance of Product Manager across team to ascertain, review and address the effectiveness and optimization challenges, and works with business unit leadership and across the governance structure to mitigate and resolve risks and issues.
- 6. Interfaces with 3rd party vendors and contractors, where required, to deliver necessary pieces of our technical product with time-to-market excellence.
- 7. Collaborates cross-functionally to coordinate and manage resources and activities maximizing impact and overall return on investment.
- 8. Understands the market and farm credit’s niche landscape in order to maintain competitiveness. Ensures product compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Has awareness regarding competition, best practices and benchmarks.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 years of experience with Platform/ Program/ Product Management/ Consulting, required
- 3 years of experience in the financial services or payments industry, required
- SAFe POPM and SAFe APM certification
- Experience working with Technology, Data, UX/UI
- Using narratives to convey complex ideas and inspire action.
- Experience with collecting and analyzing data through user research, usability testing, and other quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Working knowledge in using analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, conversion rates, and overall product success.
- Experience with conversion rates, bounce rates, engagement metrics, and more.
- Experience with conducting A/B tests to compare different design versions with user groups and determine which performs better.
