- Help establish creative vision for in person event experiences for fans and players alike
- Assist in planning and execution of production schedules
- Work with external partners to have our vision come to life
- Writing copy for public materials including but not limited to blogs, graphics, video scripts, and more
- Work closely with the esports team and stakeholders on feedback and approval processes
- Design experiences for fans in detail from the moment they hear about something, to the moment they think back
- Meet with internal and external partners regularly to track deadlines, review and give feedback of creative or related materials, and make adjustments to plans as needed
- 5+ years of experience in creative event, video, broadcast, or related production
- Strong understanding of esports landscape and content trends
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and video content platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram)
- Strong technical understanding, and preferable usage, of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows, Office, Xbox, and others
- Strong familiarity with Halo franchise
- This position also demands a strong mix of communications and organization skills, as well as industry experience
- Successful candidates will have a strong track record of event, video content, social media, and broadcast experience
- Familiarity with the Halo community is critical to the success of this role
