Job Description:Jefferson is seeking Junior Business Operations Analyst III to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).This role will be Onsite, in Quantico, VA. Standard work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, excluding federal holidays. Remote work is not authorized.The annual salary range is negotiable. Responsibilities may include:Records and File Management:Provide maintenance and accurate data gathering and data entry.Create new electronic or hard copy files, preparing records for transfer or destruction, and following approved file plans in accordance with DCSA Policy.Employee in-and-out processing:Assist the Hiring Manager / Supervisor / Leadership / Regional Staff with in- and- out processing of civilian employees, including for: travel cards, access lists, process building badges and credentials, Identification cards, maintaining working rosters, copier programs, equipment/asset issuance, vehicle assignments, training programs, and non- governmental hiring & employee retirement actions.Office operational policies and procedures:Research, implement, explain, and articulate DoD, DCSA internal office operational policies, procedures, and requirements.Support to the Industrial Security Senior Leadership:Provide business operations support to IS Assistant Director, Deputy Directors, and Division Chiefs, including coordination of calendar and schedules, coordinating and booking travel, preparation, formation, and/or finalization of official correspondence, and sensitive or classified reports, as required.Functions as the POC, or designee, for the Directorate Headquarters (as required).Time and attendance reporting:Assists in the preparation of time and attendance reports.Responds to routine and non- technical requests for reports, forms, and status of actions.Travel arrangement processing:Assist division level management in making and processing travel arrangements; processing travel expense report forms, checking requests and checking the status of issues, as required.Internal and external office duties:Maintain data (pertinent, critical, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or classified information) contained in DCSA internal databases.Track suspense actions and manage workload, facility assignments, and customer requests.Collect and collate data for establishment and maintenance of training programs for personnel.Provide assistance to the IS Assistant Director, Deputy Directors, Division Chiefs and their staff in determining active, near overdue or overdue actions for each directorate/division.Provide advice on effective management of workload and assignments.Document creation and review:Create a wide variety of documents such as, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, quarterly newsletters, program brochures, outgoing letters, memorandums, and other interoffice/ interagency communications, corporate correspondence, and the receipt and dispatch of classified and unclassified material.Review incoming documents/taskers for appropriate action.Aid the IS Assistant Director, Deputy Directors, Division Chiefs and their staff with staffing packages, documents, and reminders of deadlines.Proofread documentation, correcting format, grammar and spelling errors.Office Operations:Serve as the POC, or designee, for conference room reservation requests and conference room-related questions within assigned the Directorate/Division.Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as required.Assist in reconciling / resolving inventory issues or concerns.Assist Division Chiefs with accountable equipment inventory audits.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.At least two (2) years of relevant experience.Active Secret security clearance.Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with SharePoint and task tracking systems.Superior oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.Proven ability to work independently in a high-paced, classified environment while managing multiple competing priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience supporting senior executives in a DoD or federal security environment.Familiarity with DCSA processes, industrial security programs, and investigative support requirements.Benefit Overview:Health Benefits; Medical, Dental, VisionRetirement Plan MatchCompetitive Annual Leave PackageEducation ReimbursementBasic and Voluntary Life InsuranceDisability InsuranceCafeteria PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Domestic and Global Health InsuranceFloating HolidaysWellness ProgramAbout Us:Jefferson Solutions Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
