Overview:The Kentucky Ryan White Part B & Housing Program Manager provides leadership and administrative oversight for Matthew 25’s Kentucky-based HIV care and housing programs, including services funded through the Ryan White Part B Program and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants such as HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS) and TBRA (Tenant-Based Rental Assistance). This role oversees a range of service areas—Medical Case Management, Food and Transportation Assistance, Prevention and Outreach, and Housing Case Management—ensuring programs meet federal and state requirements, reflect best practices in HIV care and housing stability, and support the mission of Matthew 25. The Program Manager is responsible for aligning program activities with grant objectives, ensuring compliance with funder regulations, maintaining effective collaborations, and supporting cross-functional program goals across care and housing systems.QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field (Business, Operations, Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience in personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.

  • Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel
