As a Construction Estimator, you'll play a key role in accurately forecasting project costs and supporting the construction team's success. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of construction processes and business development.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to review project plans and specifications.
  • Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Assist in creating project budgets and timelines based on estimates.
  • Provide regular updates on estimate changes and project cost trends.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines in all estimates.
  • Support the construction team with insights and recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
