- Prepare and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll in accordance with all federal and state wage hour laws as well as company policies.
- Prepare all payroll reporting including monthly, quarterly and annually. Prepare GL reports, headcount reports and other requested reporting.
- Oversee timecard system and attendance policy for compliance as well as associate related issues.
- Update associate and payroll records such as new hire, termination, tax status, direct deposit, reimbursements, rates, assignments, garnishments, etc.
- Ensure JSox compliance.
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation.
- Other HR duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
