Exterior Building Maintenance Technician

• Eligible to receive an annual performance bonus of up to 5%, distributed on a quarterly basis.

• Perform thorough pressure washing of convenience store walkways, parking areas, and general lots to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Pressure wash and inspect the mechanical components of car wash systems, air stations, and vacuum stations, completing necessary repairs as required.
• Ensure concrete surfaces around gas pumps are clean, well-maintained, and functional through regular pressure washing.
• Identify and address minor mechanical and maintenance issues as they arise or as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns requiring specialized attention beyond routine upkeep.
• Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat in summer and cold temperatures in winter.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, preferred work methods, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid Utah Driver's License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Additional mechanical training is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and perform minor equipment repairs.
• Ability to work three 10-hour overnight shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, scheduled from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM (or until work is completed).
• Proficient in reading and writing.
