TheirSaaS ecosystem combines shopper behavior and opinion data to help businesses make smarterproduct, brand, and advertising decisions.The RoleWe’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive user engagement and retention for our partner’s mobile app ecosystem. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of retention campaigns, working cross-functionally with product, content, and acquisition teams to increase lifetime value and reduce churn.What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute data-driven retention strategies
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns across push, in-app, email, and SMS
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization of lifecycle campaigns
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to enhance user experience
  • Monitor key retention metrics (DAU, MAU, LTV, churn) and report insights
  • Champion feature adoption and user feedback integration
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in mobile apps
  • Hands-on experience with retention tactics (push, in-app, email, SMS)
  • Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (Braze, OneSignal, Iterable, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
