- Develop and maintain systems for managing office routines and workflows.
- Assist in planning, conducting, and evaluating engineering and operations projects.
- Monitor ongoing programs and projects, providing timely updates to supervisors.
- Support engineering initiatives, including time studies, workflow analysis, and layout optimization.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement projects.
- Create and update standard operating sheets and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Document findings and present recommendations to leadership.
- Provide coordination support for special or high-priority projects.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (sophomore level or higher preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (production, materials, quality, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, contribute, and take initiative.
