Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Project Manager, Digital and Marketing Delivery to join their team! This position is located in Orlando, Florida. Duties: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects for guest-facing platforms Manage agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives in partnership with Product and Engineering Work closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical stories and delivery roadmaps Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, including code review, QA, deployment, and release management processes Track and manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets ($2M-$5M), and resource allocations Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively Manage change control processes effectively Collaborate with internal technical teams and third-party vendors across geographies Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive leadership Desired Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum delivery 4+ years of experience managing technology and software development projects, preferably in consumer-facing digital products Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification is a plus Proven track record in delivering mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web-based platforms from inception through launch Solid understanding of the technical stack, system integrations, APIs, and DevOps workflows Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers in a matrixed, Agile environment Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to Director and VP-level stakeholders Experience with common PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and reporting dashboards Background in a technology-first or SaaS environment or experience supporting high-scale consumer digital platforms Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, QA automation, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) Experience working with global teams or in consulting/client-service models Passion for building processes and mentoring junior project team members Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $68.00 and $88.00.
