- Conduct stat and routine lab tests in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, and other sections under written procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze and interpret patient results using independent judgment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform quality control procedures, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and maintain compliance with CAP and other regulatory standards.
- Handle specimen collection, processing, and referral testing as needed.
- Monitor reagent and supply inventories, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support the department in achieving goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Competitive Pay: $27.09–$37.92/hour, based on experience.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10K for night shifts or $5K for day shifts.
- Shift Differentials: $2/hour on-call pay + $2.50/hour night differential.

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist.
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology preferred.
- Certifications: Active State of Florida Technologist License required.
