- Solely responsible for managing PATH NC county user accounts and maintaining associated data as outlined in the PATH NC Security Roles and Work Queues and PATH NC County Administrator User Account Management quick reference guides (QRGs)
- Add and update PATH NC security roles
- Assign and update sub-roles
- Setting up and maintaining Power BI roles
- Assigning and updating supervisor information
- Create and maintain the Directory of Services, ensuring community services information is accurate and up to date.
- Update and maintain addresses and telephone numbers for District Attorney offices.
- Manage and maintain school names, addresses, and Zones within PATH NC.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for county leadership regarding the County Administrator security role.
- Ensure changes and updates are entered accurately and in compliance with established reference guides.
- Provide feedback to the Training Team on reference materials and participate in demonstrations as needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a focused role.
- Initial training will be provided through the existing QRGs.
- Additional reference materials are in development, and ongoing feedback will help refine them.
- 3 Years - Experience creating and maintaining the Directory of Services, ensuring community services information is accurate and up to date.
- 3 Years - Experience with IT account management, security roles, or user administration
- 3 Years - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- 3 Years - Ability to follow quick reference guides and established procedures.
