Project Manager – Plumbing & HVAC Installations

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders from project kickoff through final inspection.
- Lead pre-construction meetings, review scope, and coordinate materials, manpower, and schedule with the Install Manager and Field Supervisors.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, job budgets, and change order documentation.
- Ensure all required permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are secured and maintained.
- Monitor daily progress, proactively resolve field issues, and manage subcontractors when applicable.
- Track job costs, submit change orders, and communicate deviations clearly to clients and the finance team.
- Conduct mid-project and final walkthroughs to ensure punch list completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, purchasing, warehouse, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and actively contribute to continuous improvement of project management systems and SOPs.
- 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or residential/light commercial construction.
- Deep understanding of installation scopes, trade sequencing, and jobsite safety.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, including high-end or custom homes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong client-first mindset.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, hold others accountable, and problem-solve under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, Jobber, Procore, Service Titan, or similar).
- Experience reading and interpreting architectural and mechanical plans.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
