
Salesforce Technical Lead

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/
- Service/ Communities Cloud Business scenarios.
- 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform on as technical lead/ Sr Dev.
- Experience working on a minimum of 3 Salesforce projects.
- Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX, hands on with coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tool, APIs Java Script, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
- Experience in customized Salesforce service cloud integration with CTI, ERP and legacy applications
- Must have Salesforce Admin and PD1 cert at least
- Good to have Salesforce PD2 cert
- Provide technical solution approach during solution design
- Experience with working with US clients
- Expected to work independently and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Leads SFDC development team with little or no direct supervision.
- Thorough understanding of Web Services in general and SOAP and REST specifically; understands the basic workings of HTTP/S
- Understand data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools
- Experience with common integration patterns used on the Force.com Platform
- Understand patterns/mechanisms to secure integrations such as TLS for HTTP
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
