- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through creative pipelining and prospecting.
- Leverage industry and product knowledge with a client, maximize license and drive business benefits.
- Conduct and document necessary needs assessments with clients to understand technical requirements, challenges, key objectives, etc.
- Identify potential cross-sell / upsell opportunities based on assessment of a client's evolving needs.
- Work closely with assigned Business Development Rep to identify and define ideal customer profiles and target account lists to ensure alignment on Business Development outreach efforts and AE sales objectives.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across the client organization.
- Provide insight to the customer, teaching customers something new/valuable about how to compete in their market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and synthesize actionable product feedback, empowering the tailor solutions that meet evolving customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Drive strategic initiatives by meticulously analyzing customer data to refine segmentation strategies, enabling targeted outreach and personalized experiences
- Work with Accrete to generate custom solution value propositions.
- Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience, selling SaaS, B2B, enterprise software to VP, SVP, and C-Level Executives with outstanding quota attainment history.
- Experience in social listening and social media spaces preferred.
- Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale.
- Advanced understanding of customer's business, loves to debate, pushes the customer, has a broad view/perspective.
- Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth.
- Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of corporate buyers.
- Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, be aggressive, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude.
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
- Ability to understand complex client requirements and to clearly articulate the company's offerings to develop solutions to meet those requirements.
