- Use data and insights to develop and implement marketing campaigns, optimize and evaluate campaign performance, and have an experimentation mindset.
- Work collaboratively and effectively across a large, cross-functional organization including centralized Marketing and Brand teams essential to your products' success.
- Plan a robust A/B testing strategy for email and other onsite channels to continually improve performance. Experiment with different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of marketing creative, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Analyze customer cohorts and behaviors to develop targeted marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and reading subscription growth. Leverage customer insights to refine and optimize lifecycle marketing programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, email marketing, and e-commerce to ensure Kindle devices remain at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies. Proactively recommend new tactics and tools to improve performance and customer experience.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
