Pay Rate: $38.82/hourBe Part of a Mission That MattersPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Logistics Specialist to support operations within the aerospace industry. In this role, you'll manage the flow of mission-critical materials, ensuring precision, compliance, and operational continuity from receiving to delivery.Your work will directly contribute to projects that shape national security, space exploration, and advanced aerospace technology-impacting the world today and for generations to come.What You'll Be Responsible For:Receive, inspect, and track incoming materials and suppliesMaintain accurate records of physical inventory and documentation for auditsSupport warehousing, packaging, container design, and shipping operationsEnsure compliance with public law, export/import regulations, and company policiesCoordinate delivery and movement of materials across internal departmentsMonitor finished goods inventories and government property in collaboration with program teamsProvide transportation support and logistical services in a fast-paced aerospace environmentMaintain and manage logistics records to support internal and external auditsWhat You Need to Succeed:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field5-8 years of experience in supply chain logistics, preferably within aerospace or defenseProficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)Certification in APICS CSCP or CSCA preferredStrong knowledge of inventory management, transportation, and logistics principlesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis toolsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environmentThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
