The Opportunity:CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM SaaS modernization program. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain automated test scripts that validate configurations, integrations, reports, and data migrations across Agile Product Teams (APTs). You will also help design and execute regression and performance tests for quarterly Oracle SaaS updates and Air Force mission-critical workflows such as Accessions, Assignments, and Orders. This role ensures that delivered increments are repeatable, auditable, and resilient against SaaS changes, directly supporting the Air Force.Responsibilities:Test Automation Development:- Build and maintain automated test packs for:- Data Loads (HDL/HSDL): validate success/error logs, assignment/position mapping.- Reports (OTBI/BI Publisher/HCM Extracts): confirm row counts, output reconciliation with legacy sources.- Business Processes (BPM Approvals/Journeys): test routing, audit logs, and role-based security.- Integrations (REST/SOAP, Extract/SFTP): validate message delivery, encryption, and updates to Fusion records.- Security (RBAC Roles): confirm row-level security and access restrictions.Regression & SaaS Update Support:- Design automated regression suites to validate all mission-critical workflows after quarterly Oracle SaaS updates.- Support Air Force demonstration scenarios with load/performance testing.- Document regression coverage and track defect leakage rates.Agile/SAFe Product Team Participation:- Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define acceptance criteria that can be validated automatically.- Embed automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines for environment promotion.- Provide test evidence at sprint reviews to confirm increments meet Definition of Done.Metrics & Continuous Improvement- Track and report automation coverage, regression success rates, and performance testing results.- Continuously refine automated packs based on defect patterns and quarterly update impacts.Qualifications:Required:BA/BS + 7 YRS5+ years’ experience in automated testing of SaaS or ERP applications.Hands-on experience automating tests for Oracle Fusion HCM objects and workflows (HDL/HSDL, OTBI, Extracts, BPM approvals, RBAC).Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Python, SQL).Strong understanding of Agile testing practices and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with DoD HR processes.Desired:Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Testing, Technical Specialist, or equivalent).Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal HR SaaS programs.Test automation framework certification.Experience with load/performance testing tools.-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
