- Data Experience: Candidate will have experience developing and maintaining databases, sorting, and preparing data, and exporting to commercially available or customer developed tools for further analysis and visualization.
- Data Management and Optimization: Able to work within an existing data management architecture, develop and support cost estimating models and offer novel approaches and methods for optimizing data management and analysis.
- Modeling and Simulation: May also support modeling and simulation techniques to estimate reliability and performance of current and future satellite constellations and other systems.

- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, operations research, or related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience with national security systems
- Microsoft Office: Ability to use Microsoft Office tools – specifically Excel and Access
- Data Set Experience: Ability to manipulate databases and models, use data in structured and unstructured formats, and manage and maintain large data sets
- Decision Support Tools: Able to use decision support tools - R, Python, Tableau, and other statistical and mathematical software
- Advanced Statistics: Ability to use statistical and /or operations research methods and tools and advanced statistics / probabilities to identify and interpret data trends in complex data sets
- Client Facing: excellent communication skills, able to present results to customers at all levels
- Capability: Able to present complex issues in written, graphical, or oral forms. Able to work independently, within a team and able to lead detail-oriented tasks
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years' experience with national security systems
- Education: Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, science, operations research, or related discipline
- Development: Demonstrated experience with developing custom decision support tools and applications
- Databases: Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Access databases and tools development
