- Arrival Experience: Greet all members and guests with warmth, ensuring swift and seamless entry to the Terrace.
- Guest Flow Management: Oversee entry points and access, balancing hospitality with security awareness.
- Door Presence: Maintain a professional, approachable presence at the entry — offering assistance, directions, and recognition to members.
- Member & Guest Relations: Build authentic connections by remembering names, preferences, and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Support & Coordination: Partner closely with front desk, service, and security teams to ensure smooth communication and flow.
- Positive Atmosphere: Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment while encouraging teamwork across departments.
- You thrive in people-facing roles and enjoy creating welcoming experiences.
- Comfortable balancing hospitality with situational awareness and professionalism.
- Reliable, approachable, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Strong communicator who collaborates well with different teams.
- 2+ years in hospitality or guest-facing roles; leadership experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Comfortable with tech systems (e.g., POS, CRM, booking platforms)
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
