- Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of pool furniture, pool deck, and tables, throughout the day.
- Clean and tidy the locker rooms and workout area
- Bring issues such as equipment or fixtures in need of repair to the attention of the Supervisor or Manager
- Watches weather patterns throughout the day, and carries out pool closures when necessary
- Ensure towels are checked, stocked, and sent for cleaning during your shift.
- Light laundry duties
- Daily operational set up of pool area for opening and closing, inside and outside.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Adhere to all safety policies
- Work independently, have a happy attitude
- Basic computer equipment and keyboard usage preferred
- Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management consistent with SSRC's Service Excellence standards
- Must be minimum 18 years of age
- Lift up to 50 lbs in order to move fitness equipment
- Must stand for long periods of time and walk 1-2 miles/shift
- Must fold towels (repetitive motion) and operate washers and dryers, after instructed
- Clearly communicate (verbally and written) in English
