You must be able to:Have the ability to communicate professionally with clients.Provide companionship and engage in conversation.Display the ability to treat seniors and their property with respect.Provide direct care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans.Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist with personal care, including toileting and incontinence issues.Provide medication reminders, assistance or administration.Complete light housekeeping tasks and meal preparations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of client's home.Run errands and have transportation.Provide stabilization and assistance with walking and transferring.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have a reliable car and current auto insuranceMust have weekend availabilityMust be able to pass a criminal and Orchards background checkExperience with personal care is preferred (assistance with toileting, incontinence, bathing, grooming) Must be willing to do this task.Experience with transfer equipment and caregiving tasks preferredExperience with Alzheimer’s/dementia patients preferred.Must be able and willing to lift 25lbsWe offer competitive pay with benefits as well as a variety of shifts.
