Gathering information for invoices and make sure bills are entered into system correctly
Organize information form different jobs and make sure information is uploaded properly to ensure jobs run smoothly
Assist with scheduling jobs and communicating changes as needed

Qualifications of the Data Entry Clerk:
2+ years experience in data entry
Experienced with Microsoft programs
Ability to work with a team
