- Bachelor's Degree in Civil (concentration in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering) or Geotechnical Engineering
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer
- 10+ years of experience
- Enjoys collaborating with clients and co-workers and can integrate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Applies geotechnical engineering skills from feasibility and planning to analysis and design and through to construction
- A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with concentration in Geotechnical or Geological Engineering
- Design and construction experience of embankments, deep and shallow foundation design, temporary excavation support, and embankment condition assessments
- Experience performing dam safety, foundation, or construction inspections
- Experience in slope stability and seepage analyses, preferably with Slope/W and Seep/W software
- Experience developing geotechnical investigation, monitoring and instrumentation programs, and laboratory testing programs
- Experience with managing people, projects, and client relationships
- Must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to travel periodically and possess a valid driver's license
