
Portfolio Strategy Manager

- Lead the creation and delivery of regular reporting on media performance, budget pacing, and investment efficiency to drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Analyze and report on paid media performance across channels, using industry trends, business context, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., media mix modeling, attribution platforms) to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Provide ongoing thought leadership and education to marketing teams, sharing portfolio-wide learnings and emerging media trends.
- Support the development and execution of media measurement frameworks across media channels, including media mix modeling and incrementality testing.
- Build strong partnerships with media agencies, brand/category teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders-including ad product, research & insights, creative, decision science, and advanced analytics.
- 8 or more years of progressive media planning experience in advertising at an agency, brand, retail media network or publisher
- 4 or more years of digital planning and/or buying experience; familiarity with performance marketing, onsite display, display, digital video, CTV, and paid social
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering thought leadership to marketing stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in media performance reporting, budget tracking, and investment efficiency
- 4 or more years of people or resource leadership experience (direct or indirect)
- Experience with media analytics platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MMM tools, attribution platforms)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and familiarity with querying databases using SQL or similar languages
- Deep understanding of paid media channels (e.g., display, video, social, search) and how they contribute to full-funnel marketing strategies
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
