- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned casino properties in collaboration with property leadership and Shared Services teams.
- Lead the creation of annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with gaming, hotel, and non-gaming revenue targets.
- Guide the development and execution of property marketing calendars, promotions, and events to drive visitation and profitability.
- Collaborate with central teams (brand, advertising, PR, digital, analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign integration across all channels.
- Support entertainment, F&B, and retail marketing initiatives, including promotional planning and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor marketing spend and ROI, ensuring accountability and alignment with property goals.
- Ensure clear communication of marketing initiatives, updates, and corporate directives across all properties.
- Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across regional teams and properties.
- Mentor and develop on-site marketing leaders, supporting career growth and talent retention.
- Represent marketing at key property events and engage with high-value guests as needed.
- Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
- Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
- Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
- Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
- 3+ years of senior level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance
- Bachelor's in marketing, business, operations management, finance, or related field, preferred
- Ability to drive marketing strategies across multiple locations
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
