Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC. is a trusted leader in the commercial roofing industry, with a nationwide presence and a commitment to excellence, safety, and integrity. We are currently seeking experienced and professional Roof Inspectors / QA Technicians / Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and durability of our roofing systems.Position Overview: As a Commercial Roof Inspector / QA Technician / Repair Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting new and existing commercial roofing systems to ensure they meet company and industry standards. You will document findings utilizing software and communicate effectively with your manager. Hands on training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed inspections of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and Metal.
  • Identify deficiencies, diagnose causes of leaks, and verify repair quality.
  • Document inspection results using company-provided phone and software.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and job specifications.
  • Communicate professionally with onsite contacts and internal teams to support project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel regularly for jobsite inspections nationwide (per diem provided).
  • Performing service repairs is considered a Perk for extra hours & to fill gaps as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial roofing experience (well versed in all system applications preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of various commercial roofing systems.
  • Familiarity with smartphones, email, scanning, and mobile apps - or willingness to learn.
  • At least one professional reference required.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional demeanor.
