Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator (All Shifts) to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. - Learn how to set up and operate machinery according to standard work.
- Make machine adjustments as necessary to ensure quality production.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for manufacturing processes.
- Understand and follow quality testing techniques to maintain product standards.
- Inspect products using precision gauges and measuring instruments.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow established guidelines.
